What to do if you have a problem

The Appleby Magna Allotment Society was set up to enable all members to have an equal voice and to be involved in how the Rectory Lane site is maintained and to develop a shared sense of community, through our love of gardening.

From time to time simple things, such as the time you light a bonfire or play a radio may impact negatively upon your neighbour’s enjoyment of their plot.

Please see Good Neighbour Policy

If a problem does arise, you should first try and sort out any differences or misunderstanding between you.

If you are not able to reach agreement you will need to contact the Secretary or Chairman on allotmentsappleby@gmail.com

The Committee will consider the situation and rule accordingly, the decision will be binding.
